Citron Estate is a monthly rental.
Prices range from $17,750 to $27,750 per month depending on time of year. Sitting on over an acre off the Silverado Trail between St. Helena and Calistoga, minutes from the nearest restaurants, wineries and boutiques Citron Vineyards is a luxurious 4 bedroom 5 bathroom estate. The grounds include oak trees, vineyard views, a swimming pool surrounded by patios, lawn areas, an outdoor fireplace and heaters for warmth and comfort. The main building has a curved staircase leading up to the second floor and a Steinway piano for your entertainment. A spacious gourmet kitchen and breakfast area, a formal dining room that seat up to twelve guests with double doors opening up to one of many decks with views of the lawn and swimming pool. There is a library where you can relax and enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. The living room also has two sets of double doors opening up to views of the beautiful valley. Upstairs features a spacious king bedroom with a sitting area, fireplace and en suite bathroom (with radiant heating). This bedroom also has an outdoor deck with panoramic views and an overhead heater to enjoy your early morning coffee. On the opposite side of the master bedroom is a bedroom with a jack-n-jill bathroom opening up to the den area with views of the tall oak trees out your window. This estate also has a guest house beyond the pool with two additional en suite bedrooms each with a fireplace, full baths as well as a separate building including a game room and pool table.
Checkout cleaning fee is an additional charge. Extra housekeeping and heated pool in the winter are an additional charge and is optional.
