Enjoy your stay in our luxurious 1 Bedroom 1 Bath condo #381, located on the first floor in Southgate at Silverado Resort in Napa California. This beautifully decorated condo features a slate floor entrance, living room with wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV, dining area with seating for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, iron and ironing board. The bathroom includes a remodeled tile shower, marble floors and countertop and a hair dryer. There is also a private outdoor patio with a rose garden and seating for four off of the master bedroom where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine. It also has complimentary wireless internet, basic cable TV and free local calls. It is adjacent to the swimming pool and you can also walk to the nearby resort restaurants.
A check out cleaning fee is charged on this reservation and is listed on the total reservation checkout price.
***Guests staying more than 2 nights will be charged the checkout cleaning fee of $140 plus an additional cleaning fee with the price depending on the size of the unit and length of stay. Guests will receive a new confirmation with the additional cleaning fees listed after the fees have been added***
Additional cleaning fees are as follows:
Starting on the third day and every two days afterward, housekeeping will enter the condo and do the following:
Replace towels with clean towels
Restock toiletries, bath tissue and Kleenex, paper towels, coffee and coffee condiments as well as remove trash.
Check out cleaning fee is $140. Additional cleaning fees of $55 will be charged on the third day as well as every two days following.
