This beautifully decorated condo has a king bed and includes a stainless steel microwave, mini fridge, flat screen TV, iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a spa tub, marble floors and countertop and a hair dryer. There is a patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine. It also has free wireless internet, basic cable TV and free local calls. You can also walk to the nearby resort restaurants.
A check out cleaning fee is charged on this reservation and is listed on the total reservation checkout price.
***Guests staying more than 2 nights will be charged the checkout cleaning fee of $100 plus an additional cleaning fee with the price depending on the size of the unit and length of stay. Guests will receive a new confirmation with the additional cleaning fees listed after the fees have been added***
Additional cleaning fees are as follows:
Starting on the third day and every two days afterward, housekeeping will enter the condo and do the following:
Replace towels with clean towels
Restock toiletries, bath tissue and Kleenex, paper towels, coffee and coffee condiments as well as remove trash.
Check out cleaning fee is $100. Additional cleaning fees of $45 will be charged on the third day as well as every two days following.
