RESERVATION POLICIES
Payment and Cancelation Policy for Holidays and Special Events (This includes the following dates):

May 24-May 30, 2018 Memorial day weekend/Bottle Rock event
June 29-July 8 2018- 4th of July holiday
August 31-September -3, 2018-Labor Day
October 1-8, 2018 –Safeway Golf Tournament

Reservations for these dates are non-refundable and full payment is due at time of booking.

Reservation Payment Policy (except holidays and special events): If a reservation is booked more than 30 days before check in, 50% of the reservation total will be charged at the time of booking.

Final payment of remaining balance will automatically be charged 30 days prior to check in. If you wish to change the credit card information on file, please contact us by email vacationrentals@crownpm.com or phone at 707-256-2130 before your credit card is charged.

If the final payment is processed, we are unable to refund and charge a different card without charging a 5% processing fee for each transaction.

If a reservation is booked less than 30 days prior to check in, it requires full payment of the total reservation costs at time of booking.

Cancelation Policy (except holidays and special events):
-Cancelations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee of total reservation.
-Cancelations made within 29-15 days prior to check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus a 5% processing fee of the total reservation.
-Cancelations 14-0 days prior to check-in will not receive a refund.
-Early departure after check-in does not warrant any refund of reservation or deposit.

Payments & Cancelation Policy for Advance Purchase & Discount reservations:
Advance purchase requires full payment of total reservation costs at time of booking and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount and is non-refundable and non-cancelable. Promotional discount offers are non-refundable and cannot be combine with other offers. These are non-retroactive rates, and prices are subject to change without notice.
RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
 
 
For security purposes, all front doors, sliding doors and windows must be closed and locked when guest leaves and/or vacates the condo. If guest fails to do so, they might be fined a penalty fee for leaving them unlocked or open.

1. Amenities: An outdoor swimming pool is available during the summer season in all divisions of the resort. There are also tennis courts available year round. The pool gate code will be on your final confirmation that you will receive 5 days prior to check in. The resort spa and restaurants are open to the public. There is a binder in each condo with resort maps and resort and local information.

2. Units: All units have free wireless internet, cable and local phone calls. You do not need a password to access the wireless internet.

3. Smoking Policy: This is a Non – smoking property. If evidence of smoking is found, Tenant will be assessed a penalty and will be asked to vacate the premises and be responsible for an extra cleaning fee. No refund will be given for unused nights in case of eviction of condo.

4. Pet Policy: No pets of any type or kind are allowed under any circumstances. If a pet is found in the unit, you may/or will be refused entry or asked to vacate the premises and be responsible for an extra cleaning fee. No refund will be given for unused nights in case of eviction of condo.

5. Conduct: Noise must be kept at a reasonably low level so as not to disturb other Guest(s). Parties or large gathering in the unit that disturbs the peace comfort of the other Guest(s) may result in Guest(s) eviction. If this occurs, Crown Realty Vacation Rentals is not responsible for relocating Guest(s) and no refunds will be given.

6. Age Requirements: Tenants must be over the age of 21 to make a reservation. Guest name on the reservation must match the guest checking into the unit.

7. Security Deposit: The credit card information that guest is using to book their reservation will be on file as the security deposit. No amount will be on hold, however, Guest(s) will be charged in case of:

(a) Damage to the accommodations or its contents. Including stains on carpet
(b) Linens are lost or damaged. Do not use the kitchen or bathroom towels to clean up any spilled food, wine, coffee or anything that might damage the towels.
(c) Any items are missing from the unit.
(d) Evidence of smoking in the unit.
(e) Evidence of a pet in the unit.
(f) Unit requires additional cleaning above normal upon checkout. If condo has a dishwasher, guest must load and start it before departing condo or will be charged an extra cleaning fee.
(g) Condo doors, sliding doors or windows are left unlocked and opened.

8. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests in the unit is limited to what is defined on your reservation for that particular condo size and type. If more occupants are staying overnight in the unit, guest will be billed an additional guest(s) fee and guest(s) might be asked to vacate the condo. No refund will be given for unused nights in case of eviction of condo. Child and infants under the age of 2 will not be counted toward the maximum number of guests.

9. Other Vehicles: Campers, motor homes, trailers, boat trailers, and the like are not allowed on the property.

10. Inclusive Fees: Nightly rate is for the room only. A check out cleaning fee is charged on this reservation and is listed on the Crown Vacation reservation confirmation document. There will be an additional cleaning/linen charge(s) for guests staying more than 5 nights which includes change out of towels and restocking of toiletries and coffee supplies.

Crown Vacation Rentals cannot be held responsible if a guest is booking their reservation with an outside company, website or through our website, www.napavacationcondos.com and there is an error in regard to dates, pricing, taxes, cleaning fees or processing fees.

If there is an error, we reserve the right to cancel or allow the guest to cancel within 48 hours of booking. Some outside companies charge guests a booking fee separately from Crown Vacation Rentals.

11. Rate Changes: Rates subject to change without notice.

12. Falsified Reservations: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

13. Unit Assignment: In rare instances it may be necessary to relocate Guest(s) to a different unit due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, maintenance, acts of God, owner usage and sale of a condominium. Should this occur, every effort will be made to replace the unit with similar accommodations.

14. Valuables: Crown Vacation Rentals is not responsible for valuables left in condo.
